10.21.09 | Trade Show Warning to ALL Exhibitors

It has been brought to our attention that many have received a solicitation from ECS, Exhibitor Carpet Service, an unauthorized vendor that is targeting ATA Trade Show exhibitors. ECS has sent information to exhibitors regarding carpet orders for the upcoming 2010 show.

Shepard Exposition Services is the official exposition services contractor for the ATA Trade Show. You are not required to use Shepard for your booth decorating needs, including carpet, but please be aware that using an outside vendor may incur additional costs. For example, you may be accessed drayage and/or labor fees by using another company.

The ATA makes every effort to negotiate the best rates possible through approved vendors with a strong record of quality service. We always solicit bids from as many vendors as we can find and we contract only with reputable vendors that offer fair prices for the services you need.
