JOB TITLE:
Vice President Program Management

JOB DUTIES:
Performs a variety of complex professional and administrative work in planning, developing, scheduling, directing and implementing archery centers and programs of the Foundations. Oversees the development, management, and operation of archery and related recreational facilities. Reviews and follows up on grants given by the Foundation. Manages events sponsored by the Foundations, and leads the effort to enhance other archery events. Reviews Foundation programs and recommends future funding.

Work includes organizing, planning, coordinating, evaluating, and directing the work of professional staff and other support employees. Works under the broad policy guidance and direction of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director.
