Kayla Becker of Minnesota is the ATA’s marketing manager. She helps execute the ATA’s annual marketing strategies for its Trade Show, websites, online communities, and membership and outreach programs.
Kayla began working with the ATA in 2015 as a membership and Trade Show assistant. The ATA promoted her in 2017 to become its member support manager. She then shifted her focus in 2018 to become its marketing manager. Kayla is passionate about bowhunting and has shot archery since childhood. She was a member of the University of Minnesota’s archery club, where she taught the sport and helped get more people involved and excited about archery.
She earned her certification for basic archery instruction through the National Archery in the Schools Program in 2012, and then earned her USA Archery Level 2 certification in 2016. Kayla also worked as a line judge for Minnesota’s state NASP tournament in 2013.
Kayla works seasonally as a youth volleyball coach. Along with her husband, Dominic, Kayla enjoys getting outdoors to hunt, fish, ride horseback, and tend their goats and cattle.
Kayla attended the University of Minnesota-Crookston. She graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree, and a double major in marketing and business management.
