What can the Archery Trade Association do for your business? If you didn’t get to discuss your business goals with ATA staff at January’s Trade Show, you’ll soon get a second chance. ATA staff will attend the upcoming National Archery Buyers Association Trade Show and Kinsey’s Dealer Show.

The ATA works and travels year-round to provide profit-boosting programs to its members. By taking advantage of ATA services you can increase your business’s success in 2018. Not only that, but ATA wants to hear your ideas, too! Visit with ATA staff and share your thoughts about how it can help improve your business while growing the bowhunting and archery industry.

ATA will also present a seminar about its programs at both shows. Nicole Nash, ATA’s member outreach manager; and Kurt Smith, ATA’s senior manager of retail programs, will lead a seminar about how businesses set goals and create actionable steps to achieve them.

NABA Trade Show

Date: Feb. 22 to 24

Location: Grand Sierra Resort, Reno

Booth 421

ATA staff will attend the NABA Trade Show to discuss ATA’s member services, and demonstrate ATA ePRO and website development services. ATA ePRO is a comprehensive software program designed by archery shops, for archery shops. By investing in this software, archery shops can streamline inventory-management chores, improve customer service and incorporate online signups for range time.

Websites are a must-have for archery retailers. By working with Footsteps Marketing, ATA members have access to website designs that are custom-made for archery shops. Discover how to improve your website and get customers in your door.

“Having ATA as a part of our show introduces our dealers to the different services ATA offers our dealer-members,” said Gary Kinard, NABA president and ATA Board member. “ATA can help our members promote and run a better business.”

Attendees can also talk to ATA staff about the Retail Growth Initiative and ATA Connect, a new online platform that brings retailers together to discuss industry issues in a safe setting. “We hope to get more dealers involved with ATA Connect,” Kinard said. “It’s a great forum for businesses that have questions, and we need more dealers to get involved.”

Kinsey’s Dealer Show

Date: March 2 to 4

Location: Hershey Lodge & Convention Center, Hershey, Pennsylvania

If you plan to attend Kinsey’s Dealer Show, ATA staff will be there showcasing the many services ATA offers its members. ATA’s member-service programs address the business challenges of the archery and bowhunting industry. This is also a great opportunity to speak with ATA staff about how they can best serve retailers and the industry.

“We love partnering with the ATA,” said Rick Kinsey, Kinsey’s vice president of sales. “The ATA has a great group of people, and we enjoy working with them. ATA has helped us at our show by providing resources and education, and we’re helping them fulfill their mission of growing archery and bowhunting. It’s a win-win for both of us.”
