Lancaster Archery Supply, the world’s largest archery supplier, is looking for several people who are knowledgeable and passionate about archery to fill key full- and part-time positions.

Lancaster Archery Academy Instructors – The Academy is a learning and training center for archers of all levels – from those who have never before picked up a bow, to those training for the Olympics and/or World Cup events. The Academy needs energetic, outgoing individuals to serve as instructors who can teach individuals and groups about the sport, help run tournaments and classes, and perform a variety of other functions aimed at growing the sport of archery.

Pro Shop TechXperts – TechXpert is a term Lancaster Archery created to refer to its “technical experts.” The Pro Shop is 10,000 square feet dedicated to all forms of archery – compound target and 3-D, Olympic recurve, bowhunting, traditional and recreational. TechXperts are responsible for everything from helping customers select the right equipment in all of those disciplines, to repairing and setting up bows and arrows, to instructing customers on how to use various pieces of archery equipment – all in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service TechXperts – The Customer Service Department is staffed by TechXperts who handle phone calls from customers seeking advice on choosing the right archery equipment and placing orders with the company. LAS needs technically-minded workers who enjoy working with the public in helping them advance their archery knowledge and skill.
