Get certified to teach archery at the 2018 Archery Trade Association Trade Show, in Indianapolis, Jan. 11-13!

Instructor certification adds credibility to your business, boosts your marketing value, provides your staff with valuable skills and knowledge, and allows you to offer money-making programs at your shop, further increasing your profits and customer-base.

Instructor certification offers many benefits and obtaining your certification at the ATA Show saves you big bucks and provides even more value.

At the Show, certification classes are taught on-site and tailored to ATA-member retailers who are already knowledgeable about archery. These arrangements save you time away from your shop and the Show floor. The ATA also pays for the space, equipment and instructors, saving you up to $200. In addition, the courses are taught by top-notch teachers who know the class’s customized format.

You’ve also got options! Choose between a USA Archery certification (Level 1 or Level 2) or a Scholastic 3-D Archery instructor certification, which is new for the 2018 Show. Help determine which course is best for your business by reading the descriptions below.

Recreational archery programs, like the ones mentioned above, can help boost your business. USA Archery certifications are also recognized by the Archery Shooters Association and the National Field Archery Association.

For the first time in the Show’s history, ATA-member retailers will be allowed to complete both certification courses in the same year. In previous years, the Level 2 course was only offered the day before the Show, but this year the ATA is offering the Level 2 course on the Show’s final day. However, completing both courses in the same year takes time. Retailers who register for both courses must give up six hours of time on the Show floor.

If you can’t make the commitment, no worries. You can still complete and use your Level 1 certification and take the Level 2 course the following year.

It incorporates all types of archery equipment, including recurve, traditional and compound bows. S3DA creates lifelong customers by helping students grow from elementary school all the way through high school and college, where they can earn scholarships to shoot archery.
