It’s tough to beat the pleasure of putting your feet up after walking the ATA Trade Show floor all day. But finding time to relax isn’t always easy. Between seeing the latest products and catching up with friends, you might struggle to get a full night’s sleep. And catching some Z’s gets even harder if you don’t have a good hotel room or you must walk far to reach your bed.
If you plan to attend the 2019 ATA Trade Show in Louisville, Kentucky, Jan. 10 to 12, book your hotel room today! “By registering early, you can enjoy the best availability and deepest discounts on rooms in the ATA hotel block,” said Becky Lux, ATA’s senior Trade Show manager.
The ATA partners with the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau to provide the ATA hotel block. Booking in this block provides Trade Show discounts, shuttles to the Show, close proximity to other attendees, and more. In short, you want to be in these rooms!
To book a hotel room through the ATA, you must first register for a 2019 ATA Trade Show badge. After registering online for your badge, you’ll be directed to a hotel link to book your room. We recommend booking now. You do not need an access code if you book when registering for a badge.

If you register for the Show by phone, fax or mail, ATA staff will give you an access code after you’re registered. Once you have an access code, visit https://archerytrade.org/trade-show/hotel-and-trasportation/. A housing link on this page will accept your access code and let you register for housing through the ATA.
The deadline to book your rooms through the ATA is Dec. 27. Rooming lists are due Nov. 5 to reserve 10 or more rooms.
Note that the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau is the only authorized housing agency for the 2019 ATA Trade Show. Attendees who make financial agreements with other housing companies do so at their own risk. If another company contacts you about hotel reservations, realize it’s not affiliated with the ATA. Official ATA Trade Show service providers mark their correspondence with the ATA’s logo for Trade Show service-providers.
