The deadline to book your room in the ATA hotel block is Tuesday, Dec. 13. That’s the thing about deadlines… they’re here before you know it. But don’t worry, there’s still time to save money and score a room in the ATA block!
The ATA partnered with the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau to provide 27 hotel options in the ATA hotel block. Booking in this block offers free internet, Trade Show discounts, close proximity to other attendees for networking opportunities, and complimentary shuttles to and from the Show.
ATA members must register for the Show to gain access to the ATA hotel block. Once you’ve registered, you can book your hotel. Click here to view hotel rates and a map before making your hotel selections.

You can submit your completed hotel form to the Louisville Housing Bureau by email, phone or fax.
Phone: (800) 743-3100
Fax: (502) 561-3121

Please note: The Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau is the only authorized housing agency for the 2019 ATA Trade Show. Attendees who make financial agreements with other housing companies do so at their own risk. Exercise caution when contacted by hotel brokers and housing providers. These are likely scams. All communications from official ATA Trade Show service providers will be marked with the official ATA Trade Show service-provider logo. For a complete list of ATA-approved providers, click here.
For questions about the ATA block, contact Becky Lux, ATA’s senior Trade Show manager, toll-free at (866) 266-2776, ext. 102; or email@example.com. Remember, the ATA cannot make your hotel reservations for you.
