The Archery Trade Association’s 2019 Trade Show begins in just six weeks. You probably have several questions about the big event. Stop wondering and start reading! We have the answers to 12 frequently asked questions about the Show.

The ATA Trade Show gathers professionals from the archery and bowhunting industry for three days to conduct business, learn about market trends and opportunities, and stay on top of industry news, developments and innovations. The event is held from Jan. 10 to 12 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.
The Show is closed to the public. Only ATA members may register to attend. This process ensures industry retailers, manufacturers and other professionals can focus on business.
The ATA Show consistently draws nearly 10,000 people, including archery retailers, manufacturers, distributors and others. Attendees love to meet people, test new products, write orders for their shop, network with like-minded archery professionals, and learn about the ATA’s programs and services. The Show also offers many educational learning experiences, such as seminars, coffee talks and certification classes. You’ll stay busy focusing on ways to grow and improve your business.
Yes! The ATA will launch its new brand at the 2019 Show! The ATA is rebranding itself to better reflect the organization’s passion for the industry, and to focus on boosting participation and preserving archery and bowhunting. You don’t want to miss it. Plus, exhibitors are always debuting new products and holding cool booth events.

Of course! The ATA provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Kentucky Exposition Center to every hotel in the ATA hotel block. View the shuttle schedule here.

Early arrivals can attend the ARRO Hot Show, NABA Super Show, the Outtech Innovations event and the Hudalla Associates Inc. PreShow. Attendees can also attend the Hudalla Associates Inc. Customer Appreciation Night on Thursday and Badlands Film Festival Presented by Garmin on Friday. Click here to see the full schedule of events. The registration process varies for press, exhibitors and attendees. All entities can register online. Exhibitors log in to the Exhibitor Service Center, attendees register through the members-only portal, and non-member press can register online by clicking here. There’s no better time than the present, right? To book a hotel room through the ATA, you must first register for a 2019 ATA Trade Show badge. ATA members will gain access to the ATA hotel block during the final step of the ATA Trade Show registration process. After registering online, be sure to click “finish.” Then, click the “book hotel” link and follow the step-by-step instructions to quickly book rooms. The ATA recommends booking now to enjoy the best availability and deepest discounts on rooms. To learn more about ATA-discounted hotel rooms, click here for rates and a hotel map. Please note: The ATA cannot make your hotel reservations. The deadline to secure a room in the ATA block is Dec. 13.
You must be excited and eager to attend! If you preregistered for the Show, the ATA emailed you an Express Pass with a barcode. Print the barcode or download it to your phone. To obtain your Show badge and lanyard, visit an Express Pass kiosk in South Wing Lobby A and B in the Kentucky Exposition Center. Your badge gives you access to the Show floor, seminars and more. You must wear your badge at all times. Ordering and sharing extra badges is prohibited.
