Keith Arnold is the national sales manager for the TenPoint and Wicked Ridge Crossbow brands: leaders of crossbow innovation for over 27 years. In his role he defines and implements sales programs/strategies, and drives the overall sales forecast for the company. He contributes heavily to crafting the marketing message that will best resonate with the consumer.
Arnold has been an avid archer and bowhunter for 29 years and looks forward to chasing turkeys each spring and deer every fall. He especially enjoys the time he spends with his son and daughter in the outdoors.
Arnold began his career in the archery industry at 16, working in the archery department of French Creek Outfitters, a large independent retailer in Pennsylvania. From there, he moved on to a purchasing role with Kinsey’s Inc. He served there for 16 years, first as an assistant buyer, then finishing his last six years there as director of purchasing. At Kinsey’s he oversaw all purchasing aspects for distribution and managed all vendor functions of the annual Kinsey’s Dealer Show, including specials, pricing and Hot Shows.
He then moved on to a role with Plano Synergy as brand manager. His duties there included driving NPD, creating pricing, and working with procurement on forecasting for each of the brands he led.
“I look forward to representing TenPoint Crossbows as an ATA Board member. I feel my experience in retail and distribution has afforded me a good understanding of the diverse member base that makes up the ATA, inluding the independent retailers, buying groups, online retailers and big box customers. 2020 has presented our industry with some challenges but also opportunities, the largest of which is many newcomers to our sport. I am excited to work alongside the Board as we seek to increase participation and secure the long-term future for all aspects of archery and bowhunting."
