Booth selection for the 2018 ATA Trade Show in Indianapolis, Indiana, begins April 25, 2017. The Show will be held Thursday, January 11 - Saturday, January 13, 2018, at the Indiana Convention Center.

Booth Selection Call Schedule

All booth selections are completed by phone with an ATA representative. Exhibitors with 7 or more acquired preference points are placed on a call schedule with an appointed date and time. The ATA office will phone each company at its assigned time to select and reserve booth space.

Exhibitors who miss their scheduled time may call the ATA office at (866) 266-2776 between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Central Time, any day after the scheduled appointment.

2018 Booth Rates

Regular Manufacturer Members

$20 per sq.ft, a minimum of 10x10 booth

$2000

Media Supporting Members

$22 per sq.ft, a minimum of 10x10 booth

Shooting Lanes

Companies must reserve a booth space on the show floor before they are allowed to reserve a shooting lane. Shooting lanes are $1,500 each.

Innovation Zone

New companies or those new to the industry may opt to participate in the Innovation Zone rather than purchase regular booth space. The Innovation Zone is a table-top display area located on the show floor. The cost to participate in the Innovation Zone is $1000 and includes a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, draped side and back walls and (2) Exhibitor Badges. Only Basic Manufacturer Members are eligible to display in the Innovation Zone.

ATA Membership Requirement

All companies must be a current ATA Member to be eligible to exhibit. Click here to download the Standard Membership Application. The current membership year is April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018. Membership dues will need to be paid in full at the time a booth reservation is made.

2017/2018 ATA Membership Rates

Regular Manufacturers or Regular Distributors - $2.25 per sq. ft. of booth space purchased at the 2017 ATA Show. New exhibitors, or those who did not exhibit at the 2017 ATA Show- Dues based on booth space purchased for the 2018 ATA Show.

Basic Manufacturers

$110 for Basic Membership dues

Media or Supporting

$250 for membership dues
