We’re excited to welcome you to the 2026 ATA Show, where the archery and bowhunting industry comes together to launch the year’s most innovative products and connect with top brands and professionals. This year, your press credentials also grant you access to two exciting new events: the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow and NFAA’s Rushmore Rumble archery tournament.
As a registered member of the press, you’ll have exclusive opportunities to explore the Show floor and capture the stories, energy and innovation shaping the future of our industry. We look forward to seeing you in Indy!

Press attendees are non-members representing established media outlets such as newspapers, magazines, radio stations or broadcast networks. They attend to cover the Show for editorial purposes only. Soliciting exhibitors is strictly prohibited. All applications must be verified and approved by ATA staff. Please allow up to seven business days for processing. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an express pass. There is no cost to attend the 2026 ATA Show as a press member.
If you plan to sell ad space or pursue sponsorships or partnerships at the Show, you must be an ATA media member. These members promote archery through blogs, websites, TV, podcasts and other channels. Not a member? Apply today through the Additional Membership Categories Application. Applicants must provide a current business license, proof of publication or production, and other required documentation. Annual ATA media member dues are $250.
This category is for bloggers, podcasters, influencers and videographers who create and publish original content online (e.g., on websites, streaming platforms or social media) and plan to cover the ATA Show. Applicants must provide proof of online traffic or audience size. Those with fewer than 10,000 followers or monthly views will be denied. Internet Group attendees are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and releases. No ATA membership is required to qualify for this category.
All press attending the Show must be verified as working journalists by submitting digital samples of their work, such as articles, videos, podcasts or other published content—or by providing documentation such as a press card. Unauthorized filming or recording of exhibits without written permission is strictly prohibited and will result in the revocation of press credentials. Video crews may be escorted by ATA staff to and from interview locations on the Show floor.
To qualify for a press badge at the ATA Show, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. A valid press pass issued by a recognized news organization or a membership card from a professional communications organization.
2. A copy of a recent issue from an archery, bowhunting, hunting, conservation or outdoor publication that lists your name in an editorial role on the masthead.
3. A copy of or direct URL link to a bylined story published within the last 12 months showing you are a staff writer, reporter or regular contributor to a relevant publication. For web publications: The site must be well-established, independently operated, updated at least biweekly with original archery or bowhunting news, and demonstrate a consistent history of industry coverage.
3. A letter from an ATA Show exhibitor, on official company letterhead, granting you permission to film or conduct interviews at that exhibitor’s booth. The letter must be signed and include contact information.
4. If you manage your own media channels (e.g., blog, podcast, YouTube or social media), you must provide proof of traffic. Applicants with fewer than 10,000 followers or monthly views will be denied. The ATA will evaluate digital media applicants based on content frequency and quality.
5. Journalists representing media outlets outside of the archery, bowhunting, hunting, conservation or outdoor sectors must receive special approval from the ATA to cover the Show.
Individuals with an official press badge are permitted to use cameras or image capturing devices on the show floor to photograph or film.
