When you’re first getting into a hobby or sport, you want the entry process to be as smooth and easy as possible. Encountering roadblocks when you’re excited about a new passion can be an annoyance or, worse, may discourage you from pursuing it. Many of the major archery organizations use the Sport:80 platform for their membership portal to remove those barriers and clear a path to your next tournament.

How it Works

The Sport:80 platform allows you to renew your membership, update coaching credentials, register for competitions and view results all in one app.

It’s not just for national governing sports bodies, either. The database is also available for community sports organizations to use. Archery retail ranges that maintain their own memberships and host their own tournaments can also use the app to make participating in the sport easy for their archers. It will help your customers keep track of their tournament or league entries and help your staff update their USA Archery coaching certifications in one place. When the coaching credentials on your staff’s profiles are up to date, your customers can make an informed decision about who to choose as their coach at the range.

Used by S3DA, NFAA and USA Archery

Three of the largest archery organizations in the country use and endorse the Sport:80 platform.

"With the Sport:80 portal, S3DA families and archers enjoy a simple, all-in-one platform to manage memberships and register for events,” Melissa Carter, membership services coordinator for S3DA, said. “Having everything in one place makes it easier for new members to get started and confidently step into the next level of archery. Coaches and team managers also benefit from streamlined tools to oversee rosters, track coach credentials, and manage team memberships—making the S3DA experience seamless from day one."

"USA Archery has been using the Sport:80 membership services platform since November 2019, and it has truly transformed how our members connect with the sport,” Callie Grieser, director of sport development for USA Archery, said. “With more than 900,000 visits since launch, the system provides a seamless and intuitive way for individuals to join, renew, and engage with our programs and events at every level. The platform’s accessibility makes it easier than ever for new members to get started in archery and for experienced archers to stay connected, helping us grow participation and strengthen our community nationwide."

Connect with These Organizations During ATA Show Week

You can talk to representatives from all three archery organizations during ATA’s Show Week. Representatives will be there conducting USA Archery Certifications, and S3DA and NFAA are each hosting tournaments alongside the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow. Come to Indianapolis during ATA’s Show Week, Jan. 6-11, 2026, to experience the first show of the season and watch archery tournaments all in one place.

ATA’s Trade Show remains a members-only event, but the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow and tournaments are ticketed events for the public. Click here to register, buy tickets and learn more.

Joining an Archery Organization Has Never Been Easier

Whether you’re a new archer looking to join some archery organizations and make your mark or a retail shop wondering how you can better manage your own teams, the Sport:80 platform makes it easy to participate in the sport we all love.
