The ATA Show will be back in Indy for the next three years! Booth space selection for the 2025 Show opens May 7. Space selection is determined by preference points so if you haven’t received notice of the time you’re scheduled to pick your space, please contact Sarah Haala at sarahhaala@archerytrade.org ASAP so you don’t lose your spot.

We expect to see a sharp increase in attendance based on several factors:

• – According to attendee post-Show survey responses, a very high number of retailers who attended the St. Louis Show plan to attend the 2025 Show in Indy.
• – 104 of the retailers in St. Louis attended their first ATA Show and most are expected to return next year.
• – The retailers that regularly attend in Indy or Louisville will be back next year.
• – Many retailers that attend the ATA Show every other year when it’s held in Indy will be back next year.
• – ATA’s prospecting and promotional efforts are expected to attract a similar number of first-time attendees.

The floor plan last year in St. Louis was very linear and condensed to eliminate odd shapes and open spaces. We received positive feedback on the layout, so we shifted our use of the Indy convention center halls to create a similar experience. Get an early look at the 2025 ATA Show floor plan here.

Once you’ve selected your booth space, you’ll receive information on special promotions and ideas shared by other exhibitors to help you be successful at the Show. If you’re not a returning exhibitor, you may select a space starting June 3, after the selection process ends for those with preference points.
