Preview New Gear and Save Big at the 2026 ATA Trade Show

Retailers, mark your calendars. The 2026 ATA Trade Show returns to the Indiana Convention Center Jan. 7-8, bringing with it numerous opportunities to save, connect and grow. More than just a trade event, this year’s ATA Trade Show kicks off a weeklong celebration of archery and bowhunting that brings the entire industry together under one roof.

Retailers, mark your calendars. The 2026 ATA Trade Show returns to the Indiana Convention Center Jan. 7-8, bringing with it numerous opportunities to save, connect and grow. More than just a trade event, this year’s ATA Trade Show kicks off a weeklong celebration of archery and bowhunting that brings the entire industry together under one roof.

As an ATA-member retailer, the ATA Trade Show is your chance to cash in on exclusive on-site promotions designed to save you money and help you stock your shelves with the hottest gear of 2026. If you’re an exhibitor, these deals create unique incentives for buyers to place orders and connect directly with your brand.

Retailer Savings You Can’t Miss

The ATA is reintroducing savings opportunities for 2026, making it easier than ever for retailers to offset travel costs and leave the Show with products their customers will be asking about all year long.

- First Night’s on Us: ATA-member retail companies booking within the ATA hotel block receive a $150 credit toward their first night’s stay.
- Super Deal Gift Card: Each retailer account receives a one-time-use gift card valid on orders or special offers during the ATA Trade Show from participating exhibitors. At the Show’s end, exhibitors redeem each card for a $150 reimbursement from ATA. The result? Retailers save instantly, and exhibitors leave with more orders in hand.
- Big Buck Tag Coupon Book: Redeemable only at the ATA Trade Show, this coupon book gives retailers access to exclusive deals from manufacturers, with thousands of dollars in savings.

For retailers, the ATA Trade Show is the first chance to see, handle and test new products before they hit the shelves. Many manufacturers time their new product launches around the Show, giving retailers an early look and the opportunity to place orders before products hit the market.

Why It Matters for Exhibitors

Exhibitors benefit directly from retail promotions. With savings like the Super Deal Gift Card and Big Buck Tags coupon book, buyers are motivated to visit booths and place orders during the Show. For exhibitors, that means more face time with buyers and a stronger return on investment.

In reference to the 2025 ATA Trade Show, Kevin Sheehan of Hawke Optics stated, “Our booth was constantly busy, perfect for the launch of our new crossbow scope. Our participation in the featured product area, the Big Buck Tags, and the Super Deal Gift Card were key to a successful show. Especially the Super Deal Gift Card. It’s a win-win-win. The ATA gets more attendees, the vendors get more traffic and the dealers get a truly ‘Super’ deal!”

More Than a Trade Show

Serving as ATA’s flagship event, the ATA Trade Show is the official kickoff of a nearly weeklong celebration of archery and bowhunting; however, action begins on Jan. 6 with the ARRO Hot Show in the morning and the NABA Show in the afternoon—two retailer buying events that set the stage for the days ahead. From there, ATA Show Week continues with a full lineup of events, making Indianapolis the place to be in January:

- Jan. 6, 2026: ARRO Hot Show and NABA Show
- Jan. 7-8, 2026: ATA Trade Show
- Jan. 9, 2026: S3DA Indoor Open
- Jan. 9-10, 2026: Archery & Bowhunting Supershow
- Jan. 9-11, 2026: Rushmore Rumble

New Product Launch Unveiling and Happy Hour

Returning for 2026 is the New Product Launch Unveiling and Happy Hour, taking place on January 6 from 4-6 p.m. As a precursor to the following day’s event kickoff, this event offers retailers an exclusive first look at some of the most innovative products being unveiled at the ATA Trade Show—all in a casual, social setting. With beer, entertainment by Nate Hosey, networking and access to the industry’s latest gear, this Happy Hour is the perfect way to preview new products, connect with exhibitors and get a head start on purchasing decisions. 

Don’t Miss the Industry Celebration

Another highlight for ATA members is the Industry Celebration, presented by Mossy Oak, on Wednesday, Jan. 7, from 6-9 p.m. ATA-member retailers and exhibitors alike can gather for an evening of food, drinks, industry awards and live entertainment. It’s a great opportunity to unwind after a full day on the floor while continuing to network with industry peers.

From the Show Floor to the Pro Shop

The expansion of ATA Show Week—including the all-new Archery & Bowhunting Supershow taking place Jan. 9-10, alongside the S3DA Indoor Open and Rushmore Rumble archery tournaments— ensures that excitement generated on the Supershow floor continues throughout the week. Brands will demo new gear directly to consumers just days after showing it to retailers, creating instant demand as they direct them to their nearest dealer.

For retailers, this means that by the time a customer walks into their shop asking about a bow, sight, release or any other accessory they saw at the Supershow, that product is already on order, if not already on their shelf. For exhibitors, it means more eyes on their products—first with dealers, then with end-users.
