The ATA Show is the largest celebration of archery and bowhunting, bringing together over 700 retailers and 450 archery brands under one roof for three days of face-to-face business.

Attending the ATA Show is rewarding, enriching and beneficial for your business, but the ATA Show is big, and the days are long, so you must plan accordingly. There are many people to meet, events to attend, conversations to have and deals to capitalize on. Once you register to attend, the next best thing to do is make a Show game plan.

A plan helps you focus and motivates you to achieve your Show goals. Fortunately, the ATA’s online planner can help you stay organized and on track so you can have a productive ATA Show.

In place of the ATA Show mobile app, attendees can use the Online Show Planner to:

- View the schedule of events, including evening events, booth events and educational sessions.
- Search for exhibitors by name, keyword, product category, booth number or location.
- Access exhibitor contact and product information.
- View the Show floor plan.
- Save events, sessions and appointments to a personalized calendar.

The first three features are available openly online, but attendees must create a free account if they plan to customize their Show experience with the “My Show Planner” tool.

Create a Free Account for Planning Personalization

ATA staff encourage attendees to create a free account to customize their ATA Show experience using the My Show Planner feature. The log-in option provides advanced features that allow attendees to make a personal plan for tackling the ATA Show. They can identify their top exhibitors, add individual notes to each exhibitor’s profile, and create a personal Show schedule by selecting from events offered at the Show or adding their own meetings to the calendar. My Show Planner also lets attendees upload Show photos, make notes regarding special offers and quickly email exhibitors with the click of a button.

Creating a free account and a personalized schedule before the Show will help you maximize your time in St. Louis.
