The ATA’s Learning Center houses a variety of educational content with something for everyone. In addition to having access to the ATA’s Bow and Crossbow Technician courses, members receive discounts on the Archery Industry Masterclass, and courses like “Understanding the Business Lifecycle” and “Foundations of Business Operations for Archery Brands.” The ATA is constantly adding educational content for our ATA members and improving the user experience. Here are just some of the classes that ATA members can take through the ATA Learning Center.

Morning Seminar Series

Every year at the ATA Show, ATA members can attend live educational sessions and participate in presentations given by archery and bowhunting industry professionals. Those sessions are recorded and later uploaded to the Learning Center for ATA members that weren’t able to attend the Show as well as non-ATA members.

Please note: An ATA membership provides you with discounts on education content. The Morning Seminar Series, previously named the Archery Industry Masterclass, courses have an additional fee of $25 per session or $100 for the entire series for ATA members. The courses are $100 per session or $500 for the series for nonmembers.

ATA’s Bow and Crossbow Technician Courses

The ATA offers both ATA members and nonmembers the opportunity to become an ATA-certified bow technician. Having the ATA’s stamp of approval in your shop will assure customers that you know your stuff, take bow repair service seriously, and have gone through proper training. This should increase customers’ confidence in your shop and demonstrate your dedication to a positive customer experience.

The ATA’s Bow and Crossbow Technician Certification courses have a hybrid format with an on-demand online component and an in-person practical where students must demonstrate proper execution of each skill. This approach allows individuals to watch and complete the videos on their own time at their own pace, and time to reference the videos and practice each skill before the in-person practical.

Each course is $600 each or $995 when you bundle both courses using the code BOWCOMBO.  ATA certification banners and materials will be provided upon completion of the in-person component.

Archery and Bowhunting Summit

Beginning in 2024, the Archery and Bowhunting Summit is now held at the ATA Show. This gathering allows industry and state agencies access to the most current information and efforts from colleagues and experts, opportunities to share best practices, and the chance to learn how this information can be applied in their state.

Presentations from the 2024 Summit are now available through the Learning Center. By watching the videos, you will:

- Learn proven strategies on range development and marketing.

- Receive updates on new efforts occurring in archery and bowhunting from non-government organizations like USA Archery, NASP and more.

- How to garner industry support and which current efforts are creating the most avid archers and bowhunters.

If you found the content helpful and informative, register for the 2025 ATA Show and attend the Archery and Bowhunting Summit in Indianapolis, Jan. 8 through Jan. 10, 2025.
