We are in full planning mode for the 2025 ATA Show in Indy and I hope you are too. As the Show quickly approaches, we’ll continue to share updated information and announcements — in the meantime, please take a minute and read over these communications. Here are some key things to know now that we are only eight weeks out:

- Hotels are filling quickly. Register for the Show and book your hotel rooms today.
- Visit atashow.com to learn more and view the most up-to-date Schedule of Events.
- The ATA Show Mobile App will be back for 2025. Details will be announced soon.
- View the Show Floor Plan and make plans to visit our exhibitors.

Retailers, if you’ve not yet done so, I encourage you to take advantage of our exclusive “First Night’s on Us” hotel promotion. Retail companies that register for the show and book within the ATA hotel block will receive up to $150 off their first night’s stay in Indianapolis. Learn more.

Registration is outpacing the last ATA Show in Indy and we are expecting a substantial increase in the number of attendees. While order writing remains well down the list of reasons both manufacturers and retailers attend, it is still a very important part of the Show. Exhibitors, if you’re offering a special Show promotion, make note of it in your Exhibitor Resource Center so we can help promote your special offer!

We’ve also added a content-heavy Archery and Bowhunting Summit to run concurrent with the Show to bring together manufacturers and retailers with state and federal agencies and NGO’s. Topics include how to better work together to increase participation, wildlife management practices, understanding the FET cycle, simplifying regulations across states and project successes that can be expanded to other states. You can register for the Summit here.

In addition to the 500 exhibitors and 700 retailer companies on the Show floor, the 2025 ATA Show will offer retailer education seminars, coach and instructor certifications, ATA Certified Bow Technician practicals and hundreds of new products showcased in the New Product Launch area. Plus, you won’t want to miss this year’s Industry Celebration event, presented by Mossy Oak, on opening night of the Show. Join us for FREE food and drink, new product awards, special videos and live musical entertainment with country music star Tyler Farr, presented by Buck Commander, Buk Ops and Barnett Crossbows! This event is free and open to all registered attendees.

We’ll be making some exciting announcements in the next few weeks, so watch your inbox. We’ll see you in Indy.
