5 Ways to Prepare for Your Booth Selection Call

Share

Preferred booth selection for the ATA Show in Indianapolis, Jan. 8-10, 2025, opens May 7. Review these items to ensure you’re prepared for the process.

  1. Confirm Your Call Slot: You should have received an email with your call date and time. Find the email to confirm your slot. An ATA staff member will call you at the designated time and date. You’ll have 10 minutes to ask questions, review your options, and make your selection.
  2. Review the Floor Plan: View the floor plan about 20 minutes before your scheduled time. The floor plan is updated in real-time so refresh your screen to view current information.
  3. Pick Your Top Show Floor Options: Pick 2 or 3 potential booth locations that fit your needs. Consider traffic flow, booth placement, potential neighbors and obstructions when selecting your site.
  4. Know the Price and Promo: The booth rate for the 2025 ATA Show is $20 per square foot, not including premium spots like corners and aisle crossings. Additionally, if exhibitors upgrade the square footage space from last year, the additional space is 50% off. That’s 50% off thanks to our Half Price Upgrade offer.
  5. Be Present: To give yourself the best chance at your top pick, be available when the ATA calls. Being present for your call also helps the ATA streamline the booth selection process.
