The ATA and Explore St. Louis are committed to attendee safety at the 2024 ATA Show, and have a robust safety plan in place for the event.

All cities, including previous shows in Indianapolis and Louisville, have enhanced safety plans during large events. St. Louis is no exception. The city regularly welcomes people from across the globe for conferences, trade shows, competitions and other events. In fact, America’s Center hosts an average of 109 events annually, which attract over 600,000 attendees. St. Louis is preparing to successfully host the ATA Show for the first time in Show history.

In the video, the Explore St. Louis team shares what you can expect when visiting the city and how different teams work to keep you safe. ATA Showgoers will see public safety officers, members of the guest services team, St. Louis police officers and safety ambassadors throughout the town and venue. Everyone you see is there to help you navigate the city safely and confidently.

Col. Reggie Harris, vice president of public safety and guest services for Explore St. Louis, said, "When visitors come to our town, they receive a warm friendly atmosphere. Each client is very important to us. We formulate a security plan from your load in to load out and all the parts in between. From the restaurants to the bars and hotels, you're welcome with open arms."

Watch the video above to see what Explore St. Louis is doing to ensure ATA members have a comfortable and enjoyable experience in St. Louis for the 2024 ATA Show. We’re committed to your safety and look forward to seeing you at the industry’s celebration, Jan. 11-13 in St. Louis. Register today.
