Your customers have more access to product information than ever before. New products are being announced online and shared across social media within minutes, giving consumers an immediate look at the newest gear coming to market.

For archery retailers, that makes “being in the know” even more important.

The 2027 ATA Trade Show, Jan. 7-8 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, gives retailers the opportunity to do exactly that.

As the largest gathering of archery and bowhunting manufacturers in the industry, the ATA Trade Show brings the products, brands and people behind them together under one roof. Retailers can see and test new gear, talk directly with manufacturers and product engineers, discover brands they may not otherwise come across and make purchasing decisions for the year ahead.

You can read about a product online. At the ATA Trade Show, you can put it in your hands, ask the questions your customers will ask and talk directly with the people who designed and built it.

See It Before Your Customers Ask About It

Each year, hundreds of products make their debut at the ATA Trade Show, including products from up-and-coming brands that retailers don't encounter through their normal sales channels.

That access matters.

Products introduced to the industry during the Trade Show will be in front of thousands of consumers at the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow just days later. Consumers will have the opportunity to see and try the latest gear and connect directly with the brands.

As those customers are directed to their local pro shops, ATA-member retailers who attended the Trade Show can be ready for them.

You’ll have already seen the products. You’ll have talked with manufacturers. And you’ll have had the opportunity to decide what belongs in your shop before customers walk through your doors asking about what they saw in Indianapolis.

If you aren’t at the Trade Show, you may never know what you missed.

Make the Trip Pay Off

ATA is also bringing back several retailer savings programs designed to help offset the cost of attending and put more money back into your business.

- Each ATA-member retail company will save up to $150 on their hotel through the First Night’s on Us promotion when booking through the official ATA hotel block.
- At least $150 to spend on the Show floor with the Super Deal Gift Card, available to each qualifying retailer account for use toward an order or special offer from a participating exhibitor.
- Access to thousands in Show-only offers through the Big Buck Tag Coupon Book, available exclusively to retailers attending the Trade Show.

Those savings can add up quickly. And while those programs help make the trip more affordable, the bigger return is what you take back to your business.

More Than Two Days on the Show Floor

The experience begins before the Trade Show officially opens. On Jan. 6, the New Product Launch Unveiling and Happy Hour gives retailers an exclusive first look at products making their debut while connecting with exhibitors and industry friends over live entertainment and free beer.

After the first full day of the Trade Show on Jan. 7, ATA members will come together for the Industry Celebration event, featuring food, drinks, industry recognition and live performances with a taste of Nashville from Ciera MacKenzie and Grammy Award-winning songwriter Aaron Raitiere.

And the Trade Show is just one part of ATA Show Week. Competitive archery takes over the Indiana Convention Center with the S3DA Indoor Open on Jan. 8 and the NFAA Rushmore Rumble and Hyundai Indoor World Series 500 running Jan. 8-10. The week continues with the public-facing Archery & Bowhunting Supershow Jan. 9-10.

Your Access Is Already Included

If you’re an ATA-member retailer, your access to the 2027 ATA Trade Show is already included with your membership. There’s no additional admission fee, and your Trade Show badge also includes admission to the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow.

All that’s left to do is register.

Don’t wait. Visit atashow.com to register today and book through the official ATA hotel block to save up to $150 on your first night’s stay.

For membership questions, contact Kim Watson at kimwatson@archerytrade.org. For sponsorship and booth inquiries, contact ATA sales manager Eric Dobberfuhl at ericdobberfuhl@archerytrade.org or (507) 233-8142.

Your customers will be looking for what’s next in 2027. Make sure you see it first.
