Dan Forster, ATA’s vice president and chief conservation officer, talks about the new Hunting and Wildlife Conservation Council, chartered by the U.S. Department of the Interior and U.S. Department of Agriculture. He was appointed to the Council when it formed in late September and is one of 18 members who will support the Council's mission to advise the Federal Government on outdoor issues.
