General booth space selection for ATA Show Week 2027 opens Tuesday, June 9, following the current priority booth selection period for qualifying exhibitors and giving all remaining archery and bowhunting brands the opportunity to secure their place at the industry’s largest and most connected week of business, competition and consumer engagement.

Taking place Jan. 7–10, 2027, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, ATA Show Week brings together the ATA Trade Show, Archery & Bowhunting Supershow and NFAA Rushmore Rumble under one roof, with additional tournaments and events to be announced in the coming months — creating a unique opportunity for exhibitors to maximize return on investment by reaching multiple audiences in a single trip. From retail buyers and media to passionate consumers and competitive archers, ATA Show Week places brands in front of the people driving purchasing decisions and industry momentum heading into the season.

“For exhibitors, ATA Show Week delivers exceptional value because it brings so many parts of the archery industry together in one location,” Jeff Poole, ATA president and CEO, said. “Brands have the opportunity to meet with retailers, launch products, build consumer excitement and strengthen industry relationships all in one place.”

The ATA Trade Show remains the archery industry’s premier members-only B2B buying event, where retailers and manufacturers gather to write orders, discover new products and prepare for the year ahead. The Archery & Bowhunting Supershow then extends exhibitor reach by connecting brands directly with consumers eager to experience the latest equipment firsthand, while the return of the NFAA Rushmore Rumble and additional archery tournaments to be announced adds another layer of excitement throughout the week.

For exhibitors, that means more visibility, more qualified conversations and more opportunities to generate business without the expense of attending multiple events across the country.

ATA Show Week exhibitor benefits include:

- Direct access to thousands of qualified retailers and buyers
- Face-to-face engagement with consumers and competitive archers
- New product launch opportunities ahead of the season
- Increased media exposure and content opportunities
- Networking events with industry leaders and decision-makers
- A centralized event experience that maximizes travel and marketing budgets

With exhibitor interest already building and many exhibitors already securing space through the priority selection process, companies are encouraged to begin planning now ahead of the June 9 general booth space selection opening.

Brands can begin preparing for booth selection by visiting the official ATA Show Week Floor Plan. Additional exhibitor information, promotional opportunities and event details are available at atashow.com.
