It’s that time again! Registration for the ATA Show and reservations for hotels in the ATA Hotel Block are now open. The ATA strives to ensure that your experience at the ATA Show is productive, beneficial to your business, and cost-effective. From free education sessions to discounts on hotel stays, the ATA seeks to provide as many benefits as possible.
For the second year in a row, the ATA is running the First Night’s on Us promotion. The ATA will cover the cost of one hotel night and taxes, up to $150, within the ATA Hotel Block for each ATA Member Retailer company registered for the 2025 ATA Show in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jan. 8-10, 2025. Additional taxes, parking fees, food and beverage, and other incidentals are not included. To receive the promotion, you need to book through the ATA. Members can book within the Housing Block online using the link provided in their Show registration confirmation email or by calling Visit Indy with the booking code provided in their Show registration confirmation email. You will not receive the discount if you call the hotels directly. The credit will be applied to your receipt when you check out of the hotel.
There are 13 hotels contracted through the ATA’s Hotel Block, and nine of them are connected to the Indiana Convention Center via the skywalks. The hotels in the ATA Hotel Block are guaranteed to have the lowest rates, so staying at a hotel with a covered skywalk will be a perk as well as cost-effective. Members who book through the ATA Hotel Block will also receive discounts on parking at their selected hotel. Visit the First Night’s on Us page on the ATA Show website to view a chart that lists the parking discounts, distances from the hotels to the ICC, and the amenities that each hotel offers. ATA members need to register for the ATA Show before they reserve a hotel room. You will be able to book in the hotel block only after you receive the code upon registration.
