Visit Indy Housing Bureau is the ONLY authorized housing agency for the 2025 ATA Show. Be vigilant if approached by any company other than Visit Indy Housing Bureau that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of the ATA Show.
Reservations
ATA Show exhibitors and attendees will receive a hotel reservation link with instructions at their email address after they’ve registered for the 2025 ATA Show.
Registration for the 2025 ATA Show will open on Aug. 1, 2024.
Exercise Caution: Visit Indy Housing Bureau is the ONLY authorized housing agency for the 2025 ATA Show. Attendees who enter into financial agreements with any other housing company will do so at their own risk. Any other company that might contact you regarding hotel reservations is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the ATA. All communications from official ATA Show service providers will be marked with the official ATA Show service-provider logo.
Visit Indy Housing Bureau will NEVER solicit reservations through phone or email.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgements will be sent after each reservation booking. Review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy.
Modifications/Cancellations
Individual reservations cancelled after Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, will be charged a $25 processing fee. Any reservations cancelled after Friday, Dec. 20, 2024, are subject to one night’s room rate and tax to be charged by your assigned hotel.
