Time is ticking, but there’s still one day left to score. Take advantage of these free Show offerings while you still can.

Free Coffee and ATA-logoed swag

Need caffeine? Head to the “My ATA Area” anytime throughout the Show to sip free coffee. There’s also free donuts and ATA-logoed mugs, cookies, stickers and popsockets. Pick up your goodies and while you’re there, attend a Coffee Talk to learn about ATA staff, programs and initiatives. There’s ample seating so you can take a load off your feet, too. Click here and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Coffee Talk schedule.

Free Breakfast

If you woke up hungry, the ATA’s got you covered. Score free baked goods including bagels, muffins, Danishes and croissants before attending a morning seminar from 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. in rooms C-101 to C-109. The breakfast provides fuel for your day, so you’ll be energized to walk the Show floor and conduct business. You can also learn while you eat. Listen to ATA members and industry representatives present seminars on coaching, bow tuning, sales and marketing, and current industry trends. View the full seminar line up here.

Free Coat Check

It’s cold outside, so you’re bundled up, but lugging your jacket around the Show floor can be annoying and cumbersome. The ATA offers coat check stations in the South Wing Lobby A and South Wing Lobby B.

Free Transportation

If you’ve been ubering to the Kentucky Exposition Center, stop the madness and save your money. The ATA provides complimentary shuttles to and from the KEC to all hotels in the ATA block. Shuttles run Jan. 8-12. The airport shuttle runs Jan. 12 from the KEC to the airport from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Bring your bags to the Show tomorrow morning and leave them at the coat check for free. When you’re ready to leave, grab your bags and take the airport shuttle. View the shuttle schedule here.

Free Mobile App

Have you used the ATA mobile app? If not, you’re missing out. The 2019 Trade Show mobile app is a one-stop resource for all things #ATA2019. The app helps you easily navigate the Show floor to find where your favorite exhibitors are located. You can also view the Show schedule, booth-events schedule, seminars and Coffee Talk schedules.

Download the app from any of the following platforms: iTunes, ChirpE and Google Play.

Free Resources

Check out the resources literature stand in the “My ATA Area.” You’ll find fliers, brochures and pamphlets on many ATA partners, programs and initiatives. Get documents on archery safety, archery classes, website development, the Retail Council, the Deer Protection Program and more. The ATA’s useful resources help retailers improve their business.

The ATA team is also an invaluable resource. ATA staff work day-in and day-out to improve the industry and help ATA members. They’re your support team. Nothing makes them happier than helping you succeed. Please talk to someone if you have any business or industry ideas, questions or concerns. A staff member can also teach you about your ATA-member benefits, and work with you to create a customized business plan that fits your needs, budget and market.

The “My ATA Area” is staffed full-time. Swing by to pick up some helpful literature or talk to an ATA staff member.

Network Opportunities

Networking with your peers and other industry folks is extremely valuable, and it’s free! You never know, a conversation with a retailer, distributor or manufacturer might spark an idea that increases profits for your business. Make an effort to meet new people and chat about your business or the industry.

If you have questions or need assistance, please visit the Information Booth in the “My ATA Area” located between the North and South wings.
