The 2023 ATA Hotel Block has 13 hotels, and they’re filling fast. Plus, days are dwindling to book in the block. The hotel block closes Dec. 23 so act now to save money, secure your desired amenities and reserve your choice hotel.

4 Reasons to Book in the ATA Block

1. Save 25%

ATA staff work with the Visit Indy Housing Bureau to negotiate the best hotel prices for Trade Show attendees. In fact, ATA members can save an average of 25% when they book in the ATA hotel block as opposed to an independent booking.

2. Get Perks

Booking in the block now ensures free internet access, Trade Show discounts and networking with attendees in nearby rooms. These hotels also offer exclusive amenities. Some hotels offer free breakfasts, reduced parking rates or restaurant discounts.

3. Less Risk

Visit Indy is the only authorized housing agency for the 2023 ATA Trade Show. All reservations for the official hotel block for the 2023 ATA Trade Show will be handled by the Visit Indy Housing Bureau. You should not contact the hotels directly.

Attendees who enter into financial agreements with any other housing company will do so at their own risk. Any other company that might contact you regarding hotel reservations is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the ATA. All communications from official ATA Trade Show service providers will be marked with the official ATA Trade Show service-provider logo. Additionally, the ATA can help you manage your reservation if you book through Visit Indy.

4. Less Walking

Walking distances from the Indiana Convention Center to hotels vary. Many hotels in the ATA hotel block connect to the ICC by skywalk. Book early to secure a shorter walk, and your desired amenities. You don’t want to tire yourself out before reaching the Show!

About the ATA Hotel Block

Again, the deadline to book hotel rooms in the ATA Hotel Block is Dec. 23. Show goers can pick among 13 hotel options. Click here for a list of discounted hotels in the ATA block and the hotel map. Review the list and pick your favorites before you book.

Make Your Reservation

To book in the ATA Hotel Block, you must be a current ATA member and have your Trade Show badge. If you aren’t a member, renew your membership or join now. Then, register for the Show. After you register, you will be emailed a registration confirmation from “archerytrade@prereg.net.” That email includes a link to book your room online. Click the link, specify your dates, pick your hotel, fill in your information and submit it.

You can also book your room by logging in to your MyATA member dashboard and clicking the “Register and Book Hotels” link to finish where you left off. You’ll need your access code, which is in the express pass email, to receive the room discount. As long as you have your access code, you can also book by email (housing@visitindy.com), phone (317-262-8191) or fax (317-262-8270).

After you book, you should receive confirmation within 72 hours. If you don’t, please contact the Visit Indy Housing Bureau at (317) 262-8191 or housing@visitindy.com.

View the ATA’s Hotel Information webpage for more information and the cancellation policy. Questions? Contact Sarah Haala at sarahhaala@archerytrade.org or (866) 266-2776, ext. 101.
