The ATA is pleased to announce Heritage Exposition Services as the official contractor of the 2024 ATA Show. Exhibitor pricing for all Show services will be available in the Exhibitor Kit in September. ATA Show exhibitors will receive an email when the Exhibitor Kit is live.

Heritage was founded in 1963 and quickly became known as a trade show and exhibition industry pioneer. The company is based in St. Louis and works with most of the business that comes through the city. With offices, resources and partnerships in every major city in the US, Heritage has doubled in size since 2019, recently adding 50,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in new markets to further ensure industry-leading services to its clients.

The company’s familiarity with the city and America’s Center also gives them local knowledge and expertise unavailable anywhere else. ATA members can work with the Heritage team for all their exhibitor service contracting needs, including booth planning, furniture, units and displays, and shipping and labor.

Beth Berkheimer, ATA’s Trade Show director, said Heritage is experienced, qualified and willing to work with ATA members in any capacity.

“Heritage was the smart choice for a general service contractor,” Berkheimer said. “They allowed us to negotiate prices to help our members save money, and they’re extremely attentive and responsive. Heritage will be a great partner for ATA-member exhibitors at the 2024 Show.”

Mike Adams, Heritage’s senior national account executive, looks forward to working with the ATA and is excited to help ATA members achieve their goals through a stress-free experience.

“We’re ecstatic to be given the opportunity,” he said. “We’re committed to providing excellent service, and we’re confident this will benefit everyone involved.”

Adams will lead the Heritage team in overall planning, production and logistics for the 2024 ATA Show, while senior project manager Jeff Mash and project manager Virginia Murphy will work with individual ATA members on specific requests and contracts.

An Elevated Customer Experience

Heritage is focused on offering exceptional customer service and is dedicated to client satisfaction and success.

For example, Heritage has already created an extensive marshaling yard plan and a thorough personal operated vehicle program with separate unloading areas and processes to reduce confusion and chaos during exhibitor move-in and move-out. ATA members arriving in St. Louis can expect an organized, streamlined process that helps them unload and load quickly.

The company also has a robust team of real people available to answer calls and emails from ATA members in an efficient, timely manner. ATA members won’t have to deal with robots or automated systems. “We should be your first phone call, email and snail mail,” Adams said. “Let us know what you need, and even if it’s something we don’t handle, we can point you in the right direction.”

Additionally, each Heritage team member has years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. They’ve learned to be flexible, transparent and accommodating — and their success proves it.

Get the Heritage Advantage

Heritage works with large and small companies and looks forward to assisting members of any size and budget. Heritage staff will use their specialized skills and knowledge of St. Louis and America’s Center to provide significant cost savings and a custom stress-free exhibitor experience.

“ATA members will likely be surprised by what the Heritage team can offer for the money,” Adams said. “Our exhibits team will come up with something unique and innovative, and they’ll hold your hand through the process, so you don’t have to worry.”

ATA members that use Heritage’s services can save time, money and energy. View the Exhibitor Toolkit in Map Your Show for a complete list of Heritage’s services and prices. Map Your Show is the event management software program the ATA’s is using to provide trade Show services.
