The ATA’s membership year runs April 1 to March 31. To recap the ATA’s most recent fiscal year, the Association completed its 2023 to 2024 Year in Review, which showcases some of the work the Association did to benefit members this past year. Take a look at these efforts and achievements in the comprehensive document to see how the ATA works year-round on behalf of its members. Then, renew your ATA membership or join the ATA to take advantage of the following membership perks.

An ATA Membership Helps You:

Grow

- ATA’s Certified Bow Technician Program: The ATA has two Bow Technician Certification courses: one for compound bows and one for crossbows. Each course has an on-demand online component and an in-person practical assessment that allows the students to test their skills. Both courses help members validate their skills, add credibility to their archery shop and reassure customers they know what they’re doing. A certification also differentiates your business from competitors. Click here to learn more or enroll.

- Resource Library: Members can access a collection of free, downloadable resources in the Resource Library through the ATA member dashboard. Members can download comprehensive guides, informative survey results like the ATA’s Retail Trend Tracker survey, and other unique materials to help their business.

- ATA Learning Center: Visit the ATA Learning Center to find on-demand video courses with quizzes and handouts to expand your skills and knowledge. You can take an interactive class on coaching, marketing, conservation, archery tech, business operations and more.

Connect

- Membership Directory: The ATA helps businesses make connections through its free membership directory. Members must electronically “sign” a confidentiality agreement to view the document. Search for members by name, category, membership type or other filters. The dynamic directory helps members connect to form and foster business relationships.

- Networking: The ATA Show is a can’t-miss industry event that attracts archery professionals from across the country, and even the world, to discuss the market, see new products and grow their businesses. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, gain new accounts and maintain strong, long-lasting professional connections.

- State Contacts Map: The ATA lists contact information for archery and bowhunting organization representatives and coordinators on the State Contacts map. Easily contact these individuals to partner on initiatives and events, or to discuss expanding your business to offer clubs or courses.

Save

- ATA Service Providers: ATA service providers offer discounts and expert support. Consult professionals about issues like insurance, bookkeeping, brand protection, federal excise taxes, supply-chain strategies, and product risk and liability. Click here to review your ATA service providers and learn how they can help.

- Savings on ATA Programs: ATA members receive significant savings on educational resources including the Archery Industry Masterclass, a video series on business, coaching, marketing and archery tech from industry experts.

- ATA Show Specials: Only ATA members are allowed to attend the annual ATA Show. Attending the Show gives members exclusive access to discounts and Show-only special pricing from exhibitors. The ATA Show also features other ways to save money including Show promotions like the Super Deal Pass and Big Buck Tags coupon book.

Stay Informed

- Action Alert System: The ATA pays attention and follows proposed legislation that affects archery and bowhunting. When urgent legislation items arise, ATA uses its Action Alert system to help members take action and voice their support or opposition for an issue. The ATA helps members stay informed about key issues.

- Member Communications: The ATA delivers relevant and helpful industry news, information and business tips through eblasts, articles, press releases and its monthly newsletter to keep members in the know on important industry happenings.

Visit the membership page to see everything the ATA offers.
