Member Service Provider FAQ

DEFINITION

The goal of the ATA’s Member Service Provider (MSP) Program is to offer a strong network of members that work together to support the industry. As a participant, you benefit from receiving referrals when members inquire about services, promoting your services on the Member Service Providers page, displaying the program logo on your website, and by providing support to our members in your area of expertise.

Program participation is open to companies offering member-to-member support services such as legal services, insurance, website development, etc. The ATA does not contract with, nor accept payment from, participants. Relationships and financial agreements are solely through the participant and member.

MEMBERS FIRST

From time-to-time ATA members may request services and support that are consistent with other ATA-member businesses. The ATA will turn to our members first to request participation as a designated participant.

QUALIFICATIONS

MSP program participants must be a current ATA Supporting Member in good standing. They must be willing to provide marketing email content to ATA for one eblast outreach to members per membership year. They must be willing to provide significant discounts and/or promotional offers exclusive to ATA members. If you are not able to honor these qualification guidelines during the year and choose to stop participation, please notify Kim Watson at kimwatson@archerytrade.org.

TRADE SHOW ATTENDANCE

MSP program participants who choose to exhibit at the annual ATA Show must obtain the appropriate badge, housing, and travel arrangements at their own expense.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY

The ATA welcomes multiple MSP program participants in each member service category to allow members to choose one that best fits their needs. Members who are not satisfied with the services of a participant will be encouraged to choose another option. The ATA reserves the right to deny or terminate the relationship with an MSP program participant at any time.

PROMOTING YOUR PARTICIPATION

Participants are welcome to use the Member Service Provider logo based on logo guidelines to help promote your business services. To obtain the high-resolution logo and guidelines, please email Taylor Walston at taylorwalston@archerytrade.org.

ANNUAL REPORT

MSP program participants must provide the ATA with an annual report/summary of member benefit usage and discounts offered. The ATA reserves the right to survey members for their satisfaction and feedback.
