Retailer FAQs: 2026 ATA Show

What is the theme of the 2026 ATA Show?

A Celebration of Archery: honoring our members, our history and the future of the sport.

Is ATA becoming a consumer show?

No. ATA remains a business-to-business event first and foremost. The consumer component on January 9-10, combined with a national archery tournament, celebrates and expands the archery and bowhunting industry but B2B remains our foundation. Consumers will not have access to the Trade Show Floor on Wednesday or Thursday.

Who made the decision to add a consumer component?

Our members did. Following the 2025 ATA Show, we received the highest number of survey responses in ATA history, showing our members’ passion and involvement. Based on this feedback and a unanimous vote by the ATA Board of Directors (a group made up of retailers, manufacturers and other members), the decision was made to incorporate these exciting events.

If I am an ATA Member and attend the Trade Show, can I still attend the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow?

Absolutely, and we encourage you to attend the Archery & Bowhunting Supershow. As a matter of fact, if you attend the ATA Trade Show, your Archery & Bowhunting Supershow registration is complementary.

Regarding hotel reservations within the ATA hotel block, will priority be given to ATA members?

Absolutely.  We will have more than enough hotel rooms to accommodate both our retailer members as well as consumers and tournament participants.

Will manufacturers be able to sell directly to customers/attendees at the Archery and Bowhunting Supershow and will they be taking orders for direct shipment to customers/attendees?

The same exhibitors that routinely sell their products at national archery tournaments and TAC events may be selling product at the Supershow as well. However, it is expected that most exhibitors, including bow, arrow and major accessories will be display only. Exhibitors can direct consumers to the closet shop carrying their products or attendees can find ATA member shops in their area using the ATA dealer locator kiosks throughout the show.

Will manufacturers offer discounts on their products to consumers?

While ATA cannot control pricing at the event, ATA-member-only discounts and retailer specials are only available during ATA Trade Show days (Wednesday-Thursday) and are exclusive to members.

How will manufacturers "drive customers to their local retailer"?

Retailer members can already be found through the ATA website using the Store Locator, available in the Membership Portal. This tool allows users to search by ZIP code and radius. To increase visibility, we will also add the Store Locator to the ATA Trade Show homepage and feature “Store Locator” stations throughout the Trade Show and the Archery and Bowhunting Supershow floor.

Will the Trade Show be open to media?

To maximize coverage of this exciting new combination of events, media members will have access to the show floor throughout the entire event.

Will education sessions be open to the public?

No. Education sessions are for ATA members only and are held during the ATA Trade Show portion of the event (Wednesday–Thursday).

Is the Industry Celebration event still happening?

Yes. The ATA Industry Celebration will take place the evening of Wednesday, Jan. 7, but it is exclusive to ATA members attending the ATA Trade Show.
