Eric Dobberfuhl joined the ATA in July 2023. As ATA’s sales manager, Eric is responsible for sales and sponsorships connected to the ATA Show and ATA’s membership programs and services. He also helps develop the strategic plan for the annual ATA Trade Show sales plan and leads budget development for all Trade Show sales and sponsorship areas.
Eric came to the ATA as a highly accomplished and dynamic sales manager with a wealth of experience in sales and an in-depth knowledge of the archery industry. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Project Management. He has over 12 years of experience managing sales teams, exceeding sales goals and driving significant revenue growth for his employers.
He proudly inspires others through his active involvement as a captain in the Army National Guard, where he is a helicopter aviator. In this role, he exemplifies discipline, teamwork and dedication, showcasing his ability to navigate high-pressure situations with grace and composure. Eric’s military career has shaped his leadership style, instilling a strong sense of duty, a solution-oriented mindset, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
Eric and his wife Hannah built a home in Wisconsin and are the proud parents to three wonderful children, including their son Samuel and twin daughters Sophia and Isabella. He cherishes every moment spent with them, fostering their individuality and nurturing their dreams.
Despite his lengthy list of commitments, Eric still makes time for his passions and hobbies. He indulges in his love for classic automobiles and proudly owns, maintains and restores a collector’s Camaro. He also possesses a deep passion for archery hunting. As an avid enthusiast, he embraces the sport’s challenges and rewards, and relishes the tranquility of the outdoors and the thrill of a well-placed shot. Eric said bowhunting is relaxing, but the activity also fuels his desire for precision and focus, two qualities that translate into his personal and professional life.
