Registration for the 2021 ATA Trade Show is open, and so is the 2021 ATA hotel block! Get the details below!

How to Book in the ATA Block

Attendees must register for the 2021 ATA Trade Show before reserving their hotel rooms.

To register, please log into your MyATA member dashboard and click “Register and Book Hotels.” Or click hereto be redirected. If you’re unsure about the registration process, read the ATA article “Prepare to Register for #ATA2021” or view this step-by-step guide.

You’ll gain access to the ATA hotel block during the final stage of registering for the ATA Trade Show. After registering online, click “check out” and then click the “book hotel” link. Follow the step-by-step instructions to book your rooms.

You’re required to list your top three hotel choices. The Visit Indy Housing Bureau uses your choices to fill requests first-come, first-served. Include your rewards number on your submission to build up hotel points. You can also book large blocks of 10-plus rooms.

You should receive confirmation within 72 hours. If you don’t, please contact the Visit Indy Housing Bureau at (317) 262-8191 or housing@VisitIndy.com.

If you already registered and didn’t book your room, you can still book in the ATA block. Check your inbox for an email from “archerytrade@prereg.net.” That email includes a link to book your room online. Click the link, specify your dates, pick your hotel, fill in your information, and submit it. Or log into your MyATA member dashboard and click “Register and Book Hotels” to finish where you left off. You’ll need your access code, which is in the express pass email, to receive the room discount. ATA staff members can also connect you if you need help. Call (866) 266-2776 toll-free for help.

Booking online is quick and easy, but you can also book your hotel room by mail, email, phone or fax using the ATA’s easy-to-use form.

Why Book Now?

Book early to get the best rooms available. The ATA has 13 hotels in its block, and they fill fast.

Booking in the block now ensures free internet access, Trade Show discounts, and networking with attendees in nearby rooms. These hotels also offer exclusive amenities. Some hotels offer free breakfasts, and others reduced parking rates. Some hotels offer both, and restaurant discounts.

Walking distances from the Indiana Convention Center to hotels vary. Book early to secure a shorter walk, and your desired amenities. You don’t want to tire yourself out before reaching the Show! Several hotels connect to the ICC by skywalk.

Booking Deadlines

The deadline to book into the ATA hotel block is Dec. 21. For reservations of 10 or more, room lists are due Nov. 5.

Reminder: Beware of Scammers!

ATA members report unsolicited calls and emails each year from unauthorized hotel vendors.

The Visit Indy Housing Bureau is the only authorized housing agency for the 2021 Show. Attendees who make financial agreements with other housing companies incur the risk. Visit Indy never solicits reservations by phone or email. If Visit Indy contacts you for any reason, its staff would call from the (317) area code. All other calls are scams.

Remember, communications from official ATA Trade Show service providers always feature the official ATA Trade Show service-provider logo. For a list of those providers, click here.
