The COVID-19 pandemic put the world, the industry, and likely your business on hold. As the economy begins to reopen, we wanted to update you about the 2021 ATA Trade Show.
We're confident the 2021 ATA Trade Show will take place as scheduled January 7-9, 2021, at the Indiana Convention Center, but we'll continue to monitor Indianapolis restrictions and communicate updates as they become available.
Here’s some helpful information about the upcoming Show.

#ATA2021 Registration
Registration for the 2021 ATA Trade Show opens on August 11. You must be an ATA member to register for the 2021 ATA Trade Show and book your hotel room.
As a friendly reminder, your 2019-2020 membership grace period ends on July 31, 2020. Click here to log in and renew your ATA membership. If you’re not a current member, or did not receive a dues-renewal notice, join here. Contact Wendy Lang, ATA’s membership manager, with questions at (507) 233-8134 or wendylang@archerytrade.org.
#ATA2021 Hotel Block
The official #ATA2021 hotel block also opens on August 11. If you receive any emails about hotels in Indianapolis before then, they are likely unauthorized. Information on the official ATA hotel block will only come from the ATA or Visit Indy Housing. Please beware of scammers.
The ATA hotel block offers the best room and rates in Indianapolis. Book in the ATA block to receive free internet, Trade Show discounts, and be within close proximity to other attendees for networking opportunities.
ATA's NEW Text Alert System
The ATA will be incorporating a text alert system this year to send important membership and Trade Show updates. Please click here to sign up to receive these text alerts, or text the word "JOIN" to (866) 266-2776.

The 2021 Booth Selection Process
Booth selection for the 2021 Show opens on July 7 and is updated in real time as exhibitors select their booth locations. For a look at the working floor plan once booth selection is underway, click the "floor plan" option under the Trade Show menu on archeytrade.org.
Protective Measures
ATA staff will work closely with the Indiana Convention Center team throughout the event planning process to ensure all enforced and recommended social distancing protocols are taken into account.
