Your time in Louisville for the 2019 ATA Trade Show is limited, and your schedule is jam-packed, but try to find some wiggle room to attend the Show’s can’t-miss events. Consider these great options:

The Archery Range and Retailers Organization invites its members for a best-buy opportunity in the Kentucky Exposition Center’s South Wing C on Jan. 8-9. ARRO harnesses the combined buying power of its retailing membership to receive manufacturers’ best wholesale prices during its Hot Show, which runs 3-6 p.m. on Jan. 8, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 9. All ARRO members must wear their ATA badge to attend.
By partnering with manufacturers to get those deals, ARRO strengthens relationships between ARRO retailers and the manufacturers they support, said Deb Colgrove, ARRO’s executive secretary and administrative director. “The ARRO Hot Show offers the best of the best for our members who attend,” Colgrove said.
National Archery Buyers Association members can attend the NABA Super Show Jan. 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in rooms C203 to C205. The NABA buying group provides its members the manufacturers’ best wholesale prices. All NABA members are welcome. "We look forward to our second NABA Super Show,” Kelly said. “We a had great response from our members after last year’s four-hour event. Our manufacturing members care about their partnerships with industry members, and want to help them make the most of their money. The NABA Super Show is the perfect place to shop. We hope to see all our members there.”

ARRO members can attend the Dealer Reception on Jan. 8 from 6-8:30 p.m. in rooms C105 to C108 to view six product lines available only to ARRO members. The event celebrates ARRO’s 35th annual Hot Show, and feature food and music.
“Our partner-manufacturers design and market products just for ARRO members,” Colgrove said. “These products give our members the ability to control distribution and MAP pricing without having to compete with online sales. The ARRO Board of Directors believes this opportunity strengthens our relationship with dealers and supporting manufacturers.”
Get a jumpstart on your orders by attending the Hudalla Associates Inc. PreShow on Jan. 9 from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in rooms B102 to B105. The event features deep discounts and giveaways for retailers. “The PreShow saves dealers time by being able to visit many booths prior to the ATA Show opening,” said Trisha Satter, general manager at Hudalla Associates Inc.. She encourages everyone with an ATA Show badge to attend.
The Outtech Innovations event debuts new products and dishes out Show specials and giveaways. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 in Freedom Hall, and serves free food, drink and entertainment.
“Outtech is excited to host our 21st Innovations event in conjunction with the ATA Show,” said Jay Scholes, Outtech’s chairman. “We’ve got a great party planned, with unbeatable doorbuster buys and a concert by Rodney Atkins! We can’t wait to reunite with all our industry friends and kick off 2019 strong!”
Enter to win one of over 15 hunt and prize packages at the Outtech Hunt and Gear Giveaways on Thursday and Friday at 6 p.m. in the North Wing Lobby. Pick up free raffle tickets at the booths of any Outtech partner at the Show, and place the tickets in the drum on the Outtech stage to enter the drawing. You must be present to win.

Enjoy food and fellowship at Hudalla Associates Inc.’s Customer Appreciation Night on Jan. 10 at 6:15 p.m. in Freedom Hall. To attend, simply grab a wristband at the Hudalla Associates Inc. PreShow, or visit the Alliance Outdoor Group at Booth 1504 on Jan. 10.

Buy a ticket to the seventh annual Target the Heart Breakfast on Jan. 11 at 6:30 a.m. to benefit Kicking Bear, a faith-based outreach program that introduces youths to the outdoors. Your ticket includes a free breakfast in rooms C203 to C205. Buy tickets online for $25 each, or redeem your BOGO offer in the Big Buck Tag coupon book at Booth 1343.
“ATA Show attendees won’t want to miss the most inspiring morning of the Show,” said Julie Tripp, event coordinator for Target the Heart. “Bud Fisher of Catchin’ Deers will be the featured speaker; and Brad Clay, host of ‘Final Descent Outdoors TV,’ will close the morning. We serve a great breakfast with lots of protein, too.”
Relax at the Badlands Film Festival on Jan. 11 at 7 p.m. in the Louisville Palace Theater. The event features hunting films and the chance to win cash and prizes. Tickets are available in the Show’s Goodie Bags, as well as from Badlands’ staff on the Show floor, Booth 2007.
Blake VanTussenbrook, Badlands’ marketing manager, said the event shows Badlands’ dealers how much the company appreciates their support.
