Attending the ATA Show allows you to meet with company leaders face to face, get Show special pricing, discover new manufacturers, connect with old friends and get up-to-date product information. The annual event is also the best — and only — place to see, touch, examine and test hundreds of new archery and bowhunting products in one convenient location. Plus, the ATA Show makes it easy to discover all the new-to-the-industry products thanks to its centrally located New Product Launch Showcase.

Let’s discover how the ATA Show in St. Louis, Jan. 11-13, and the NPLS prepare all Show goers for the year ahead.

Retailers: Become the Product Expert

Almost everyone has access to magazines, podcasts, TV shows with commercials and online articles about product specs and specifics, but only ATA members have access to the ATA Show. In other words, ATA members are the only ones with exclusive access to product engineers and brand leaders who can answer questions and share insider information about new products unavailable anywhere else. Capitalize on the opportunity to position yourself as a true product expert.

Attending the ATA Show helps you discover new products, elevate your new product knowledge, stay on top of your game and stay ahead of everyone else when it comes to product details and specifics. Give your brand the best chance at a successful 2024 by gathering new product information at the Show so you’re more informed and educated than your customers and competitors.

Manufacturers: Promote and Showcase Your Products

The ATA Show is the buying event of the year, which makes it the best place to launch your new product. With thousands of buyers at the ready and hundreds of press and media representatives eager to break product news first, the ATA Show makes it easy to promote and sell your goods.

Buyers and media are your sales allies. Make attendee connections and relationships a priority at the Show, and seize the opportunity to share product details and provide attendees with as much informative ammunition as possible. Because retailers are responsible for selling your products, you must help them become product experts by giving them the tools and knowledge they need to do their job. When you help them, you help yourself.

T.J. Eads, product design expert for Half Rack and NOVIX, said each company is launching three new products at the 2024 Show. He likes that the ATA Show makes promoting product easier and more productive.
“The Show makes it easier to spread the word about what’s new,” he said. “Everyone is at ATA. We can meet with our buyers and the press in one location at one time with all of our products. It's essential for our business. It'd be next to impossible to meet with all of those folks in any other way. Plus, with it being early January, there's ample time for placing PO's. We'll continue to attend ATA because we value it immensely.”
Eads also said the Show allows his team to answer questions and explain essential details tied to the new products with buyers and press.

To become a 2024 ATA Show exhibitor, please contact Eric Dobberfuhl, ATA’s sales manager, at ericdobberfuhl@archerytrade.org or (507) 233-8142.

New Product Launch Showcase

The New Product Launch Showcase is a special display of products launched right at the Show. It’s unlike anything else in the industry or at other trade shows. The NPLS will be in a high-traffic area of the Show floor where buyers and media can see all the latest products from exhibitors in one place. Attendees can jot down their favorite items and head to the exhibitors’ booths afterward to ask questions, place orders, and stock their shelves with exciting products for the year ahead. Exhibitors can use the space for additional promotion. Plus, all companies that enter a product in the Showcase are eligible to win a Best in Show award at the ATA’s Industry Celebration, presented by Mossy Oak on Jan. 11. The 2024 ATA Show will feature a revamped awards program consisting of additional categories, including:

- Best New Bow
- Best New Broadhead
- Best New Release
- Best New Technology
- Best New Gear
- Best New Accessory

The ATA’s award program gives winners extra publicity and product exposure. The NPLS at the 2023 ATA Show featured over 120 products.
