ATA members report unsolicited calls and emails each year from unauthorized hotel vendors.
The Visit Indy Housing Bureau is the only authorized housing agency for the 2021 Show. Attendees who make financial agreements with other housing companies incur the risk. Visit Indy never solicits reservations by phone or email. If Visit Indy contacts you for any reason, its staff would call from the (317) area code. All other calls are scams.
Remember, communications from official ATA Trade Show service providers always feature the official ATA Trade Show service-provider logo. For a list of those providers, click here.
If you need help booking or have questions about the Trade Show hotel block, please contact Sarah Haala, ATA’s Trade Show coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (866) 266-2776, ext. 101.
