Everyone entering the 2020 ATA Trade Show, Jan. 9-11 in Indianapolis, must have a Trade Show badge. The only way to obtain a badge is to register for the Show, and registration opens June 18. Here’s everything you should know about your all-access pass.
Only ATA members can register for badges and attend the 2020 Show. Please renew your membership or join the ATA before trying to register for a Trade Show badge.
Not sure about your membership type? Contact Wendy Lang, ATA’s senior manager of membership, at wendylang@archerytrade.org. If you’re in the media, read this article for guidance.

Members can also register by fax, mail, email and phone. Click here to learn more.
Your membership type determines costs and the number of badges you’ll be allotted. View the ATA’s Badge Price sheet for details.
Badges are assigned according to seven membership categories. Each badge has a different color to help attendees and security staff identify who’s who. Badge colors are automatically assigned to your company while registering. View the image below for your records.
ATA staff strive to ensure each badge belongs to an ATA member or people employed by ATA-member companies. The ATA’s verification process ensures all attendees earned the right to be there. Anyone caught sharing or giving away extra or unused badges will be removed and banned from the 2020 ATA Trade Show.
Trade Show badges give you access to seminars, special events and the Show floor. They must be worn at all times on the floor. Security staff will escort anyone without a badge off the Show floor.

Only those with a buyer badge (yellow) or exhibitor badge (red) can enter the exhibit hall on Day 1, Jan. 9, of the 2020 ATA Trade Show. This new schedule ensures industry buyers and manufacturers can focus on order-writing, business planning, and new-product evaluations the first 9.5 hours of the three-day Show. The floor opens to all other Show attendees Jan. 10-11. The ATA Board of Directors approved this decision in April.
If you preregister for the 2020 ATA Trade Show, you’ll be emailed an Express Pass with a barcode. Print out the barcode or download it to your phone. Use the code to obtain your Show badge and lanyard at an Express Pass kiosk in the Indiana Convention Center. We’ll share more directions closer to the Show.
