Friday, Jan. 10 1. Kyle LeClere of Barnes & Thornburg LLP will present the seminar “Managing Risk: How Product Manufacturers Can Guard Against Lawsuits” from 8 to 9 a.m. in Room 132. 2. Jeff DeRegnaucourt of Hobson Insurance will present the seminar “Loss Prevention and Risk Management for Archery Retailers” from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. in Room 136. Todd Shields of Jarrett Logistics Systems will present the seminar “Supply Chain Strategies for Business Growth” from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. in Room 137. This seminar will help attendees understand if their business is at the beginner, moderate or advanced level within the supply chain, and how to improve it. Nathan Fitzgerald of BKD CPAs & Advisors will present the Coffee Talk “Federal Excise Taxes: Are You Paying Correctly?” from 3 to 3:30 p.m. in the MyATA Area. Tim Chitwood will also attend the Show for BDK CPAs & Advisors on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This Coffee Talk will help ATA members learn to navigate complex FET regulations. Chitwood and Fitzgerald are available Thursday through Saturday to meet with ATA members for individual guidance. Jonathan Fassnacht with Gear Nation said their goal is to help ATA members learn how to use Amazon to grow their brand.
