Are you looking for a unique place to make an announcement, or host an interview or podcast recording? Reserve the Buzz Center at the 2020 ATA Trade Show in Indianapolis, Jan. 9 -11.
The ATA created the Buzz Center to add value and improve the Show experience for exhibitors and press members. The Buzz Center is a stage located in the MyATA Area that overlooks the Show Floor. It’s ideal for interviews, podcast recordings or other announcements.
To give users additional exposure, the ATA will broadcast the Buzz Center audio over the MyATA Area loudspeaker when a Coffee Talk isn’t in session. The Buzz Center is similar to ESPN’s College Gameday, except the platform overlooks the Show floor, not a football field. Users will have a table, three chairs and electrical outlets at their disposal.
Exhibitors and press members can reserve the stage in one-hour increments on a first-come, first-served basis. The stage is open on Thursday, Jan. 9, and Friday, Jan. 10 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The stage is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11.

Please note: Jan. 9 is Buyer Day, so only those with a yellow buyers badge or red exhibitors badge can enter the Show floor. If you don’t have a permitted Day 1 badge, you can’t reserve the Buzz Center stage on Thursday, Jan. 9.
The ATA will use the Buzz Center stage to announce winners for the “Best in Show” awards program on Friday, Jan. 10, at 10 a.m. The ATA created an awards program to recognize members for their achievements or for creating products. The ATA will present 26 awards at the Show. ATA staff will also select winners for the $5,000 giveaway on the Buzz Center stage at 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 3 p.m. on Saturday.
If you think of something to share while at the Show, visit the Info Booth adjacent to the Buzz Center stage in the MyATA Area to view the Buzz Center schedule and sign up for an available time slot.
