Basic Show Information

The 2023 ATA Trade Show will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Wednesday, Jan. 11 to Friday, Jan. 13, 2023. The 2023 ATA Trade Show is, as always, a members-only event.

Buyer Day

The ATA is continuing its Buyer Day tradition in 2023. The first day of the Show, Wednesday, Jan. 11, will be dedicated to buyers and exhibitors. The buyers have a clear floor and plenty of opportunities to conduct business and network with the exhibitors before the rest of the attendees arrive.

Visit the registration page to learn more about badge types.

Registration Opens Aug. 2

Mark your calendars for the opening day of registration on Aug. 2! That’s just one short week from the publication of this article. ATA members will need to log in with their username and password to register. Visit the registration page here to register for the Show.

Press Registration Opens Sept. 27

Calling all press and media members! Your chance to register for the 2023 ATA Show begins Sept. 27. Anyone registering for a press badge must cover the ATA Trade Show as a journalist for film, print, radio or digital media. Press attendees aren’t ATA members but will still need to be approved by ATA staff to receive their badge. Press members are there as journalists only and cannot solicit exhibitors.

If you are a media representative or part of a media group and would like to sell ad space or solicit sponsorships or partnerships at the Show, you must apply for an ATA membership as a media member.

Visit the Press Information page for more information on who qualifies as press and media.

Hotel Block

The ATA’s official hotel block will also open on Aug. 2. Attendees will book their hotels at the same time they register for the Trade Show. Once you’ve registered, you will receive the link and information on booking your hotel via email. The deadline to book rooms is Dec. 23. The deadline to book reservations of 10 or more rooms is Nov. 10.

Visit the Hotel Information page to preview the hotels in the official hotel block and learn more.

The Floor Plan Is Open

Exhibitors and attendees can each view their floor plans on the Floor Plan page. Exhibitors: Check out the available booth space and make your reservation if you haven’t already done so. Attendees: View the list of exhibitors attending the Show so far and preview the floor plan.

Sponsorships

Attendees and exhibitors can reserve sponsorship opportunities and see their brand logo featured in various places around the Show. We offer a wide variety of sponsorships including overhead banners, event sponsorships and digital sponsorships. Whatever sponsorship opportunity you choose, it will be a great way to market your brand and place it in front of the thousands of exhibitors and attendees who attend the Show.

Education Opportunities

The ATA will once again offer multiple educational opportunities for Show attendees. #ATA2023 will offer seminars, Coffee Talks, and Masterclass sessions presented by industry experts and professionals.

  • Seminars

The seminars are hourlong classroom-style presentations where the presenters share their knowledge with the “students.” Participants can ask questions after the presentation has concluded. Attendees can attend the sessions live at the Show, and select sessions will be available digitally after the Show in the MyATA Learning Center.

The seminars will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12, and Friday, Jan. 13, from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

  • Coffee Talks

Coffee Talks are 30-minute casual presentations/discussions on the Show floor. The talks encourage and welcome attendee participation and feedback throughout the discussion. Attendees can attend the sessions live at the Show, and select sessions will be available digitally after the Show in the MyATA Learning Center.

Coffee Talk sessions are still TBA.

  • Masterclass Sessions

The Archery Industry Masterclass series provides detailed and in-depth information beyond the high-level curriculum covered in the morning seminars and Coffee Talks. The Masterclass sessions are available for an additional fee of $100 for members and $500 for nonmembers. The Masterclass fee does not cover access to the Show floor but will grant you access to every session in the series. The presentations from the 2022 Masterclass series are available for purchase, here.

The Masterclass sessions will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 10, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Visit the Trade Show Education page to learn more as information becomes available.

Become a Presenter

Interested in presenting? The ATA is currently accepting applications for presenters. Presenters will be informed of their acceptance by Sept. 2 for Masterclass presenters; and Sept. 15 for seminar and Coffee Talk presenters.
